1. ORDER PROCESS AND CONFIRMATION

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by RIJD Interior. Once your order has been received and approved, you will receive an order confirmation by email outlining the details of your purchase.

As our furniture is made to order, we kindly ask that you review your confirmation carefully to ensure that all specifications, dimensions, fabrics, finishes, and other selections are correct.

 

2. BESPOKE AND CUSTOM-MADE FURNITURE

Every RIJD piece is crafted specifically for each client. Our furniture is produced on a made-to-order basis according to your chosen dimensions, materials, fabrics, finishes, and customizations.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, each piece is unique and individually manufactured to your specifications.

 

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are quoted in Euro (EUR and USD) for customers outside Sweden and in Swedish Krona (SEK) for customers residing in Sweden.

All prices are stated exclusive of any applicable shipping, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees unless otherwise specified, if not noted otherwise.

Full payment is required at the time of order unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

RIJD Interior reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice. Such changes will not affect confirmed orders.

 

4. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Production time is typically between 6–8 weeks from the date the order is confirmed and all required materials have been secured.

Lead times are dependent upon fabric and material availability from our suppliers and may vary during peak production periods. While we always strive to meet estimated delivery schedules, occasional delays beyond our control may occur.

Once production is complete, RIJD Interior will assist in arranging transportation and provide tracking information when available.

Delivery charges are calculated separately and will be added to your order unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that RIJD Interior cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party freight providers, customs procedures, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

 

5. ORDER AMENDMENTS

As every RIJD piece is crafted specifically to your requirements, we kindly ask that all dimensions, fabrics, finishes, and specifications are carefully reviewed prior to confirming your order.

Should you wish to make changes after placing your order, we will always do our best to accommodate your request. However, once production has commenced, modifications may be limited depending on the stage of manufacturing and materials already allocated to your order.

 

6. BESPOKE FURNITURE & CUSTOMER CARE

Every RIJD piece is made-to-order and handcrafted specifically for you. For this reason, we are generally unable to accept returns once production has begun.

That said, our commitment to our clients extends far beyond delivery. We take great pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that define every RIJD creation. If you have any concerns regarding your order, we encourage you to contact us directly. Our team reviews every situation individually and will always work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution.

Our goal is for every client to feel delighted with their RIJD experience and confident in the furniture they have invested in.

 

7. QUALITY GUARANTEE & WARRANTY

All RIJD furniture is crafted using carefully selected materials and produced to the highest standards of European craftsmanship.

We proudly offer a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects related to workmanship, construction, and materials under normal residential use. Should a manufacturing issue arise during this period, RIJD will assess the matter and, where appropriate, repair, replace, or otherwise remedy the affected component or product.

This warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, natural variations in wood, stone, leather, fabrics, or other natural materials, misuse, accidental damage, improper maintenance, commercial use unless otherwise agreed, or modifications carried out by third parties.

If your order arrives with visible transport damage, please notify us within five (5) business days of delivery so that we may assist with the claim process.

 

8. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

We believe luxury furniture should be accompanied by exceptional service. Should any issue arise, our team is committed to addressing concerns promptly, professionally, and with care.

We value long-term relationships with our clients and stand behind the products we create. Every inquiry will be handled individually, with the aim of reaching a satisfactory resolution for all parties.

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RIJD Interior’s liability shall be limited to the value of the purchased product. RIJD Interior shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of income, profits, business opportunities, or any other economic loss arising from the use of our products.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

 

10. PRIVACY POLICY

RIJD Interior respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal information collected through our website, order process, or customer communications is used solely for processing orders, providing customer support, project coordination, and maintaining client relationships.

We do not sell, rent, or distribute personal information to third parties.

All personal data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.

You have the right to request access to your personal information, request corrections, restrict processing, or request deletion where permitted by law.
